Consultations
If you have questions or would like to discuss how acupuncture or Chinese herbal medicine can assist with your issue or condition please contact Carla for a complementary consultation.

Appointments
Patients are seen by appointment only. This allows for increased personal attention and less disruptions during your appointment time. Walk-in patients may be seen if schedule permits.

All necessary paperwork must be filled out prior to arriving for your scheduled appointment time so as to keep within the time limits of your scheduled appointment. Valid photo ID must be presented with all new patients.

If you would like to schedule an appointment please contact Carla.

Phone Calls
If you phone the office and get voicemail, please leave a message, your call will be returned as soon as possible, generally no later than 48 hours. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Cancellation and Late Policy
Your appointment begins promptly at your scheduled time so please be timely. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the duration of your appointment may be shortened, or your appointment may be rescheduled.

Excessive lateness, no-shows or last minute cancelling over a prolonged period of time is grounds for patient discharge. Be sure to call, email or text if you are not able to make your appointment.

Should you be unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please contact the office no less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Failure to notify the office via phone, email, or text will result in a ‘Missed Appointment Fee’ which is equal to the full price of the scheduled service.

No-shows and forgotten appointments will be charged a ‘Missed Appointment Fee’.
Payment Policy
Payment is due in full at the time of service. We accept cash, Venmo, and CashApp, to avoid processing fees.
Credit, debit, and health spending account cards are accepted, however a processing fee of 4.0% will be charged.
Personal checks are only accepted with established patients. Returned checks are subject to a $40 fee.
