If you would like to discuss how acupuncture or Chinese herbal medicine can assist with your issue or condition please contact Carla via phone or email for a complementary consultation. Consultations are conducted via phone or email.
Patients are seen by appointment only. This allows for your personal comfort and attention in a relaxed environment conducive to healing.
And more importantly, due to COVID-19 protocols and safety measures, appointment scheduling is necessary to provide for social distancing between patients, and allows for extra time to properly clean and disinfect the office setting between patients.
If you would like to schedule an appointment for acupuncture or an herbal consultation please contact Carla via phone or email.
If you phone the office and get voicemail, please leave a message and your call will be returned as soon as possible, generally no later than 48 hours. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
Cancellation and Late Policy
Your appointment begins promptly at your scheduled time so please be timely as the office runs on a very strict time schedule due to COVID-19 protocols and cleaning procedures between patients. Also due to COVID-19 concerns, only one patient is being seen at a time so timeliness is extremely important to keep appointments on-time and to ensure thorough cleaning and disinfecting of the office setting between patients.
Please not that if you arrive more than 15 minutes late it is possible that your appointment may be cancelled, depending on scheduling.
Also, should your appointment be cancelled, you will be responsible for full payment of the service.
Should you be unable to keep your scheduled appointment, cancellation must be given no less than 24-hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Failure to cancel within 24-hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will result in a ‘Missed Appointment Fee’ which is equal to the full price of the scheduled service.
No-shows and forgotten appointments will be charged a ‘Missed Appointment Fee’.
Accepted method of payment is cash. For convenience, credit and debit cards are accepted with the addition of a 4.0% processing fee.
Personal checks are only accepted with established patients. Returned checks are subject to a $40 fee.
