I came upon acupuncture as many do, a last resort. After years of suffering from migraines and anxiety with little relief from Western medicine, I chose to look to other health alternatives. At that point acupuncture entered my life. It was amazing how quickly acupuncture and Chinese medicine turned my life around. Before I knew it, the migraines and anxiety were under control, no longer interfering with my day-to-day life.

Personally experiencing this whole body wellness transformation had a strong impact on my life, leading me to the study of acupuncture and Chinese medicine. I soon enrolled at the Eastern School of Acupuncture and Traditional Medicine in Montclair, NJ, where I spent five years of my life devoted to the study of acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. I loved my time in school but now as a private practitioner I am finally able to offer my knowledge to those who come through my doors.

I received my master’s level degree in acupuncture and certificate in Chinese herbal medicine from the Eastern School of Acupuncture and Traditional Medicine. I am nationally board certified and maintain Diplomat of Oriental Medicine status through the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). I hold active state licensure in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in the states of New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.

I recently completed a two-year graduate mentorship program with master herbalist and acupuncturist Sharon Weizenbaum, of The White Pine Institute, which focused on diagnosis and Chinese herbal medicine. The program gave me a deeper understanding of spirit and emotional disorders, all stages of women's health, digestive disorders, pain disorders, respiratory disorders, metabolic, autoimmune issues, and cancer support.
